Recently, we have identified cybersecurity incidents where hackers created and used deceptive email addresses closely mimicking Vinacam’s official email domains to contact our partners and issue fraudulent payment instructions. To safeguard your financial interests and ensure a secure business relationship, Vinacam would like to formally advise and emphasize the following:

Recently, we have identified cybersecurity incidents where hackers created and used deceptive email addresses closely mimicking Vinacam’s official email domains to contact our partners and issue fraudulent payment instructions.
To safeguard your financial interests and ensure a secure business relationship, Vinacam would like to formally advise and emphasize the following:
I. Official Email Domains
Vinacam exclusively uses email addresses ending with our official domains: @vinacam.com.vn or @vinacam.com. Any emails sent from other domains, even those containing the word "vinacam" or slight variations, are fraudulent and do not represent our company.

III. Pre-Payment Verification
If your company receives any payment instructions from an unofficial email address, or any request to transfer funds to a bank account other than the two listed above, please suspend the transaction immediately and contact us directlyvia our official channels for verification before proceeding, in order to prevent any regrettable financial losses.
Vinacam shall not be held liable for any damages or financial losses resulting from transactions made based on unauthorized payment instructions or transferred to unapproved bank accounts
